Over a decade ago we became one of the very first companies offering 3D Architectural Visualisations services to the UK market.

Back in 2001, 3D architectural visualisations were almost unheard of. The public were used to used to seeing hand drawn or painted illustrations, which were the industry standard of the time.
Already having a wide network of contacts in the 3D design field we recognised the possibility of CGI’s and started selling in the concept to developers nationwide.
It did not take long to get off the ground. Once a few people bit the public response was immediate. It was clear to us and those early adopters that 3D visualisation was here to stay and would play a big part in planning, consultations and off plan selling for years to come.
The nature of the UK property development market leant itself to architectural visualisation in a way that wasn’t necessarily true of other markets and as such our studio as well as the few others around at the time were genuinely pioneers in the field of 3D architectural visualisations
